Massachusetts Beta is among the top chapters of Phi Kappa Psi in the nation. After experiencing a period of vast expansion since 2003, membership is now at over sixty brothers, one of the largest of the fraternities at Brandeis University. We are an extremely tight-knit group and pride ourselves on our brotherhood. Our brothers excel in athletic, scholarly, and social pursuits. Our interests lie both within and without the Fraternity, and it is reflected by our presence on campus. We boast Varsity Athletes, Team Captains, Club Presidents, Actors, A Capella Members, Orientation Leaders, among numerous others. We are known for hosting great social events, thoughtful service projects, and hold study hours in the library.

Our success can be attributed to our outstanding brother participation and alumni involvement, as well as our house. We take pride in being the only organization at Brandeis University that owns its own house. Moreover, among the ninety-seven Chapters nationwide, the Brothers of Massachusetts Beta are consistently recognized and acknowledged for our hard work. We have the fourth highest GPA of Chapters nationwide, and, in 2008, we were recognized as the “Most Improved Chapter” and received the Ralph P. Haney Award in 2008 for Financial Excellence, rewarding the number one chapter in the country for financial management. Most recently, Massachusetts Beta was nominated, along with nine other Chapters, to receive "Grand Chapter" award as the best Chapter in the country.

Phi Kappa Psi has allowed us to mature as men, with integrity and a strong moral grounding. Although we are all individuals, with different passions and interests, we come together to form Phi Psi Mass Beta. We are proud of what we have accomplished in the past, and look forward to achieving more in the future. On a national level, Phi Kappa Psi has the largest Endowment Fund of any fraternity in the country, which allows more scholarships to be available than any other fraternity. Moreover, it has a strong leadership program, offering three enlightening leadership conferences every year. Here's the bottom line: you only have four years in college. Phi Kappa Psi helps maximize this experience and improves postgraduate life by offering great resources for networking, academics, and social life.
